As Chairman, and CEO of Dimakh Consultants, Dimakh Sahasrabuddhe, oversees all corporate and board functions and directs the Company to ensure the attainment of sales and profit goals and maximum return on invested capital. He is responsible for the formulation of current and long-range plans and objectives, and represents the organization in relations with its customers and the business and non-business communities.

He started this company at the young age of 23. To his credit, he has been the System Administrator for one of India's first private ISP W.M.I. He has very wide experience in technical aspects of the Internet, specializing in technical analysis and implementation of internet related projects Viz. software development, ISP setups, server farm setups, intranet, web servers, leased lines, routers, e-commerce etc.

Under his leadership the company provides services like software development, website designing & hosting, networking solutions and IT consultancy. After eight years of teamwork the company has become one of Pune's well known IT consulting firms.

Mr. Dimakh earned his Bachelor of Engineering, from Pune University. He is currently a visiting faculty at Pune university, Tasmac-Wales University and Symbiosis University.

As Director and CFO of Dimakh Consultants, Amita Sahasrabuddhe, oversees all financial and board functions and directs the Company towards attainment of maximum profit and optimum use of resources and minimization of expenses. She is responsible for the formulation of current and long-range financial policies and objectives.

She has joined the Company in 2002 and has a very wide experience in the field of the Finance, specializing in the area of audit and income tax.

The company, by her services is benefited in terms of finance which is the backbone of a company and helps the company to grow to greater heights.

Mrs Amita Sahasrabuddhe has earned her Masters of Commerce, from Pune University.

As a Chief Usability Advisor of Dimakh Consultants Dr. Piyusha Paradkar advices the Design & technical team on the special aspects of User Interface.

She specializes in the field of Human Computer Interaction with focus on interface design and analysis. She has led usability effort on cross-functional teams and has been involved in all stages of product development, including initial design analysis, defining detailed requirements, prototype testing, and development of online help and user guides. She has conducted mentoring and training workshops on accessiblity and worked with development teams on accessibiity evaluations and design solutions. She has worked on the design and usability testing of graphical user interfaces, voice response systems, touch screen interfaces, and networked communication systems for organizations including email and voice mail.

Dr. Paradkar has earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
