Job Description

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media management, newsletter/email marketing, and performance-driven campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

What You Need

Roles and Responsibilities

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS) are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and grow social media communities organically.
  • Track and report on social media metrics and suggest optimisations.

Email Marketing / Newsletters:

  • Create and manage regular email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Segment audience lists and personalise campaigns based on user behaviour and interests.
  • Analyse open rates, click rates, and conversions to improve performance.
  • Manage email tools like Mailchimp or similar.

Skills & Experience for Performance Marketing Executive

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, UTM tracking, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and copy for ads/social content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and landing page optimisation.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
