Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This is a full-time, in-office role where the candidate will manage daily budgets of ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000 and drive both brand awareness and lead generation campaigns for our top-tier clients, including corporates, celebrities, and educational institutes.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, managing PPC campaigns, and successfully optimizing for conversions. They must demonstrate a strong portfolio of previous achievements and the ability to take over existing campaigns with confidence, setting up and optimizing new ones as needed.

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Implement Performance Marketing strategies to enhance campaign results and ROAS, focusing on ROI, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily budget management ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000 across platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Run brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, utilizing advanced audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking techniques.
  • Confidently take over and optimize existing campaigns, while launching new campaigns for our prestigious clients.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ad performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to improve results continuously.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with brand goals, creative content, and business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, PPC, and performance marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Performance Marketing expertise with a focus on paid campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, ad optimization, and ad performance analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of PPC campaign management, including setting up and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with the creative and marketing teams and present insights to stakeholders.
