Rotary wanted an impressive website to attract CSR donors and to reach out to prospective Rotary members to join Rotary. The Rotary District 3131 in India also wanted a Rotary mobile app which will allow existing members to connect and know about Rotary meetings, Rotary projects and stay connected with activities happening in the Rotary District.

Solution
We at Dimakh Consultants came up with a complete digital solution for all the Rotary clubs and Rotary districts in India. We designed the District website and created a simple to use website for every Rotary club in District 3131 in India. We also launched a safe and secure mobile app for each Rotary club with a unique username and password for individual Rotary members.
End
Result
The Rotary club presidents and members were able to save a lot of time by reporting all projects and meetings via the mobile app. The district directory on the mobile app gave a quick solution to make the rotary district stay connected by searching for any Rotarian in the district. The club Roster and club bulletins now get uploaded and shared via the mobile app. Each club was able to save Rs.20,000 per year by going digital via this mobile app for Rotary clubs.
